Weekend - Resting, tranquility, inaction - Photographs by Tina Shaburishvili

The spaces in 'Weekend' are inspiring because of the bedding... the white pillow, the striped mattress... always make me think about resting, tranquility and inaction. Nowadays everybody has a lack of it because the world is so overwhelming.

Nico is an artist. He lives his dream. He reads fairy tales, makes spontaneous objects on walls, fiddles with his footwear and has organized chaos in his room. In objects you can easily see the person. Even when they aren't in the room you have an image about them. The immediacy of that Weekend has become more remote. It is nostalgic for me now.
